I’m pretty new to bookmarklets myself, apparently you can add a JavaScript snippet to your bookmarks toolbar and it will do something to the page your visiting by clicking on it.

This is a pretty neat little one, clicking on it will turn your browser into a game of asteroids – where the asteroids are elements on the page.  You can move around and blow things up by using the keyboard.
